First Student, Inc. is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will start mornings with pickup and return students after school, with opportunities for field trips and special events.

Training is provided and a sign-on bonus is available; you can expect a flexible part-time schedule with guaranteed hours. Paid at $28.25 per hour with an additional training rate of $15.00 per hour; CDL training and CLP/CDL support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old (implied by CDL requirements).
• Subject to DOT drug testing as safety-sensitive under DOT Part 40.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist students with seating and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
