First Student is hiring part-time school bus drivers to start students' days with morning pickup and return them safely after school. Training is provided, with opportunities for field trips and events.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus applies, plus competitive hourly pay and benefits for eligible part-time employees. You will transport students, supervise boarding, and perform routine bus inspections, with a flexible AM/PM split schedule and no night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; expert training provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• English proficiency required for role.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues.
• Obey traffic laws and safety standards; communicate with parents and staff.
