First Student in Penn Trafford, PA is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver to start your day with morning pickups and transport students home in the afternoon. Training is provided, no experience required.

This role offers a $26.00/hour rate, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a flexible AM/PM split schedule, and benefits including a 401(k) plan with company match, EAP, and advancement opportunities across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• A safety-first mindset and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
