Job summary

First Student, Inc. is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Lower Moreland, PA to start students’ day with morning pickup and safely transport them home after school. No experience is required as training is provided to become a safe and professional First Student driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL.
• English proficiency required for safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus and conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues and keep the bus clean.
• Obey traffic laws and safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer service.
• Drive safely and professionally.
