Qualifications

• Able to meet NJ MVC, Department of Education, and DOT requirements.
• Willing to complete drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school.
• Following assigned routes and maintaining scheduled pickup and drop-off times.
• Ensuring students board and exit the vehicle safely.
• Maintaining a safe and orderly environment while students are on board.
• Performing required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Reporting vehicle concerns or mechanical issues promptly.
• Following all traffic laws, school transportation regulations, and company safety procedures.
• Maintaining communication with dispatch and operations regarding delays or route issues.

Safely transporting students to and from school

Following assigned routes and maintaining scheduled pickup and drop-off times

Conducting thorough post-trip student checks after every route

Keeping your assigned vehicle clean and presentable

Providing professional and courteous service to students, parents, school personnel, and the community

Qualifications

Are at least 23 years old

Can successfully complete all required background checks and school transportation requirements

Can meet all applicable New Jersey MVC, Department of Education, and DOT requirements

Ability to follow GPS directions
