Job summary

OCCDA seeks a Bus Driver/Custodian for Oroville Head Start/Early Head Start. The role transports children aged 3-5 to and from the center and may cover in-classroom duties. You will ensure safe bus transportation, assist teachers, and support communications with families.

The position requires a WA State Class C CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement, 20 hours per week, 43 weeks per year, and offers a $24.95/hour wage plus benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• WA State Class C CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement is required.
• Experience transporting children safely and maintaining schedules is expected.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from the center (ages 3-5) safely and on schedule.
• Cooperate with teachers to promote health and education of each child.
• Assist with center and classroom cleaning and sanitizing at the Early Head Start building.
