Job summary

Tri County Transportation Inc. is hiring a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students on a fixed morning and afternoon route.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain safe student behavior during trips. Requirements include CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements (or willingness to complete our CDL training), a valid license and clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks, DOT physicals, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with school bus passenger and air brake endorsements, or willingness to complete our CDL training.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be dependable about time and comfortable managing students.
• Pass a background check, clearances, a DOT physical and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive a bus on a fixed morning and afternoon route for school transport.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Supervise and manage student behavior for safety during trips.
• Coordinate field trips and activity runs as needed.
