Job summary

Tri County Transportation is hiring a School Van Driver in Carrolltown, PA. You will drive a van on a set morning and afternoon route, transporting students to and from school. Training is provided and no CDL is required.

The role includes pre-trip inspections, ensuring DOT compliance, and maintaining a safe environment for students. Working hours are a split shift with about 4.5 paid hours daily, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• To be 18 or older.
• To be dependable about time and comfortable managing students.
• To pass an MVR, background check, clearances, a DOT physical and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van on a set route, morning and afternoon, carrying students to and from school.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance; manage student behavior safely.
