Job summary

YWCA Central Massachusetts in Worcester, MA is seeking a Bus Aide for a part-time daytime schedule. The role runs Monday through Friday, 11:00am - 3:00pm, and supports classroom programming while upholding the Center's developmental and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a curriculum and maintaining an environment where children can learn and grow at their own pace, and interact with adults.
• Supervise children in play and structured activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children; perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Communicate any out of ordinary information regarding the children to the classroom teacher.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
