Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a United States school in Arizona. You’ll manage a caseload of 15-20 students and provide essential speech and language services in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, a passion for helping young learners, and experience working with school professionals. The role begins as soon as possible and runs through the school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, or CCC-CFY eligibility.
• Valid state licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
• Experience with school-aged and pediatric populations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Time management in a flexible, part-time setting.
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver direct therapy for students
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and update goals as needed
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families, fostering student growth and engagement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote positive educational outcomes
• Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with school and state regulations
