Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for a local school district in Enola, PA.

You will plan and deliver targeted therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines. This 1099 contract offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational needs of the student consistent with therapy goals contained in IEPs.
• Screen, evaluate, and document student levels, strengths, needs, and progress using approved testing instruments.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to evaluate student needs/progress and to develop or revise therapy interventions, objectives, and goals.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement classroom-based activities and instructional techniques to ensure carry-over of skills and learning.
• Provide consultative services to involve parents in the therapy program of their child.
• Compile, maintain, and file all reports and documents required by law and school policy, including equipment/materials documentation.
• Meet the needs of all students by partnering with other disciplines.
• Comply with policies established by federal/state law and school policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research and practices in school-based therapy.
