Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dallas, OR area. In-person, 0.6 FTE, school-based setting. This role emphasizes collaboration with educators to support students’ functional skills in the classroom.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in team meetings. A Master’s in OT and an active Oregon OT license are required to practice in this setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
