Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dallas, OR area. The role is in-person, 0.6 FTE, with competitive pay and student-focused collaboration across school teams.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, participating in IEP meetings, and maintaining timely documentation. Oregon OT licensure is required, and prior school-based experience is welcomed but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
