Ampersand Therapy LLC in Independence, Oregon is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Independence area. This in-person role is 20 hours per week supporting students in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Oregon OT License required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
