Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state Occupational Therapy licensure required.
• Familiarity with IEPs, Section 504 plans, and school-based compliance preferred.
• Experience working with diverse or at-risk student populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services per IEP/504 plans.
• Assess fine motor, visual-motor, visual-perception, sensory processing, motor coordination, and functional skills.
• Participate in IEP and 504 processes including eligibility determinations and annual reviews.
• Develop and monitor evidence-based OT interventions aligned to goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver student-centered services.
• Consult with teachers, admins, parents, and stakeholders on student development.
• Integrate OT strategies into classroom routines and daily activities.
• Train staff and families on effective OT strategies in inclusive settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate caseload, service schedules, and therapy documentation.
