COORDINATED CARE service inc seeks a part-time Behavior Specialist to collaborate with program leadership in Canandaigua. The role involves implementing ABA-based behavior plans and working with preschool staff to ensure appropriate services are provided on site.

The position requires NYS BCBA/ABA certification, three years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Evening hours may be necessary during school breaks.

Qualifications

• NYS certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst or BCBA is required.
• (Three years experience with young children is preferred).
• Experience in early childhood development and family intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership to implement ABA-based behavior plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop interventions.
• Provide staff training and direct observation across classrooms.
• Support families with developmental milestones and behavioral strategies.
