Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting in El Paso, TX is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support qualified students with behavior IEPs, assist in BIP development, attend ARD meetings, and provide consultation to school staff.

This in-person school-based role serves 8 students, with approximately 2–3 hours per week, collaborating with teachers and support staff to implement effective behavior plans and monitor progress throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in school-based behavioral support.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students with behavior IEPs.
• Assist in development of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Attend ARD meetings and collaborate with school staff.
• Provide consultative support to teachers and support staff.
• Maintain ongoing behavior support for 8 students, 2–3 hours per week.
