Job summary

EMPOWER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH in El Paso, TX is seeking a part-time BCBA to deliver clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment implementations. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior programs, and train families while maintaining BACB standards. Eligibility for licensure in Texas and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
• Current BCBA licensure in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior programs for patients.
• Write behavior intervention plans and update treatment plans as needed.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Train parents/caregivers monthly and in groups as needed.
• Maintain certification and stay compliant with BACB requirements.
