Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting in El Paso, TX is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services for students with IEPs, develop BIPs, and support ARD meetings.

This in-person role for the 2026-2027 year involves 2-3 hours weekly for 8 students, with rates starting at $60 per hour. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, a related degree, and at least two years of school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing related services to school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students with behavior IEPs.
• Assist in development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Attend ARD meetings and consult with school staff.

BCBA rates start at $60/hr

Qualifications for BCBA positions

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis / ABA, Special Education, or related field


• A minimum of 2 years experience providing related services and behavioral support to school-aged children
