Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Signal Hill, California seeks School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism in ABA-based programs. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided. This part-time role follows school-day hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; at least one college course completed preferred.
Currently enrolled in college, or pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
Passion for working with children; experience a plus.
Bilingual skills are a bonus.
Physical ability to stand, bend, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support progress.
