The team emphasizes impact, supervision, and ongoing development, with flexible mornings, afternoons, and early evenings in a part-time schedule. Candidates should have a High School Diploma plus some college coursework or current college enrollment; alternative degrees accepted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least one college course completed OR current college enrollment.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run, and lift up to 50 lbs during activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
