Job summary

Stuart Country Day School in Princeton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to support the health, safety, and performance of our middle school and high school female student-athletes during the 2026–2027 school year.

The Athletic Trainer will work with coaches, families, and medical staff to deliver injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play support, with a typical schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• ATC certification required.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• Eligible for or currently licensed to practice athletic training in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage for Middle School and High School practices and competitions.
• Evaluate and treat athletic injuries and determine treatment plans.
• Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
• Develop injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-play programs.
• Maintain injury documentation and communication with coaches and physicians.
• Educate athletes on injury prevention, conditioning, hydration, nutrition, and wellness.
