Job summary

District Wide is seeking a Program Assistant to support School Age Care at McKinley Elementary, working 2:15-4:30 pm during the school year with additional Fun Day duties on non-student days. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to a caring, structured environment.

You will assist with daily activities, help implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and build positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English language required.
• Experience working with children in care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist SAC Site Supervisors in delivering developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support a 2:15–4:30 PM after-school schedule at McKinley Elementary.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and program standards for all participants.
