Responsibilities

• Manage projects for ScholarsArchive under the Scholarly Publishing Manager.
• Train and supervise student employees involved in publishing projects.
• Provide frontline customer service for Scholarly Publishing inquiries.
• Assist with monthly statistical reports and data requests.
