Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mathematics, statistics, research, or related field.
• Two or more years demonstrated use in PowerBI dashboard, Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), SharePoint are required.
• Two or more years demonstrated application of large data management and literacy skills including presenting data for data driven decision making.
• One or more years of demonstrated experience in physical space utilization, faculty teaching portfolios, physical and/or digital learning materials processes, and the application of compliance and accreditation guidelines in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of 60,000 sections across dozens of campus locations per academic year.
• Cleans course section data for course schedule building efforts.
• Interprets and presents scheduling forecasts and usage trends and implements efficient methodologies.
• Works with school leadership on course building, classroom assignments, and other schedule-related activities.
• Supports student-centric scheduling processes and resolves issues with broader implications.
