Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with PowerBI dashboard development.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, Access, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of large data management and data literacy for data‑driven decision making.
• 1+ year of experience in space utilization, faculty teaching portfolios, materials processes, or accreditation guidelines in higher education.
• For part‑time roles, must use a personal laptop capable of data‑intensive scheduling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of 60,000 sections across campus locations per academic year.
• Cleans course section data for schedule building.
• Interprets scheduling forecasts and usage trends; suggests efficient methods.
• Works with school leadership on course building, classroom and faculty assignments.
• Supports student‑centric scheduling processes and escalates issues when needed.
• Uses historical context to make strategic decisions and identify stakeholders.
