The Hertz Local Edition team is seeking a Part Time Customer Service and Sales Associate in Cambridge, MA to deliver world-class service and professionally sell Hertz products to meet customer travel needs. You will operate in a fast-paced sales setting, handling reservations, upsells, and post-rental inquiries with a customer-first approach.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, be fluent in English, and comfortable working weekends/holidays; this role

Responsabilités

• Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products to enhance the customer’s travel experience.
• Sell core Hertz products and services to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the team.
• Provide fast, high-quality service in a busy sales environment.
• Convert inquiries into reservations and rentals; assist with post-rental questions.
• Solicit reservations on service calls and inquiries to maximize bookings.
