Summary

The Part Time Sales Professional is responsible for creating exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets for the Ralph Lauren brand. This role focuses on developing and nurturing client relationships, demonstrating product knowledge and styling, and using both in-store and virtual selling to drive business. The position also supports store operations including opening/closing, inventory, events and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and elevate customer interactions through styling and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain client correspondence and use virtual selling and technology for outreach.
• Drive full-price sales across product pillars and meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Support inventory activities, special events, store opening and closing duties, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Outlook); comfort with technology and virtual selling.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.
