Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with associates at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment when partnering with the Store Sales Manager.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory are dialed in.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right styles.
