Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is seeking motivated retail associates to join our tanning and wellness team in Missouri. You’ll deliver friendly, professional service, help customers choose tanning and skincare options, and contribute to a vibrant, results-driven store environment.

You’ll meet sales goals, handle transactions, maintain salon cleanliness, and participate in training and growth programs designed to advance your career within the leading industry brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Retail or sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on tanning, wellness options, and educate them on guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
