Lovesac in Lexington, KY is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. You will engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations while representing Lovesac’s values and vision for Total Comfort.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase, focusing on quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company-provided tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, promotions, and adherence to company standards.
• Utilize company tools and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
