Job summary

Lovesac in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet clients, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to help them choose solutions that fit their space and lifestyle.

You’ll build lasting relationships, support store operations, and contribute to a positive team culture while meeting sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours; lift furniture up to 75 pounds; assemble furniture on selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, sell using the Lovesac process, maintain a personal quote pipeline, and follow up to drive conversion.
• Build loyalty through genuine connections, fostering brand advocacy and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver a fun, engaging experience with tours and education; confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with disciplined execution on a daily basis.
• Represent Lovesac values by promoting an inclusive environment for customers and teammates.
• Support daily store operations, open/close, inventory, visuals, and promotions, using data to prioritize work.
• Uphold brand standards, safety, and policies while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Take on special projects to grow the store, team, and brand.
