What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) not dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $22.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps can create schedules that suit their needs, working as much or as little as they choose. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training occur in our office, with work from home after training.
