What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $30.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with additional commission potential based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We tailor schedules to individual needs, whether full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. After training, reps work from home and locally, with most meetings held in the office.
