What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople, our program helps develop valuable skills such as sales, networking, and communication—useful in any career. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales paths.

Flexibility

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Ask about our summer work program.

Work Environment

Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
