What does the position involve? Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) not based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation: Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development: We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule: We help reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, with work from home after training.
