What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
