What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Work Schedule and Environment

Minimum Requirements

• All ages 18+ or 17 and a 2025 high school graduate
• Willing to learn and apply new skills
