What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in homes, focusing on kitchen tools and gardening equipment. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation and Opportunities

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable across many fields. Long-term reps can explore management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Requirements

We help our reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, and some earn extra income around other commitments like classes or family. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings held in the office.
