The successful candidate will have prior supervisory retail experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our CARE culture on the sales floor and lead by example to drive retail sales.
• Be the accessible resource for customers and provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Meet store enrollment and sales goals.
• Assist management in training staff on products and processes.
• Provide supervision in the absence of store management.
• Operate the register efficiently to ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Use strong selling skills to build sales and customer satisfaction.
• Learn product knowledge to improve customer interactions.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
