Norman’s Hallmark in Yardley, PA seeks a qualified Part Time Sales Leader to join our Oxford Oaks Shopping Center location. The role focuses on delivering a caring, memorable customer experience and leading store floor operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail supervisory exposure is required.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into store culture and lead by example to drive sales.
• Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important person to our business.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards enrollment goals consistently.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on products and processes.
• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of store leadership.
• Learn and efficiently operate the register to ensure a positive POS experience.
• Use outstanding selling skills to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proactively learn product knowledge for effective selling.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
