Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture and drive retail sales while building relationships with customers.
• Maintain a customer-first approach and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards enrollment goals.
• Assist management in training staff on products and processes.
