Job summary

• Ability to have access to store cash and products assets, and will be accountable for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to assist in the training of new store employees and work closely with store management to understand new policies, operational changes, and/or training initiatives.

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Build and share expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Serve as a support for store management with the team.
• Help customers in finding the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Share and showcase stories and communities of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations including product replenishment, ringing sales, processing shipments, inventory, and curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests inspired and eager to return.
• Work as a team to meet store sales goals and ensure customers leave with everything they need and more.
