You will open/close shifts, assist with stockroom duties, and partner with the Store Manager to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open and close the store at least three times per week and two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Build product knowledge on promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Support store management and lead the team.
• Assist customers in finding card and gift solutions to meet needs.
• Share stories and communities of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations: stocking, merchandising, ringing sales, shipments, and curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages return visits.
• Work as a team to meet store sales goals and ensure customers leave satisfied.
