Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to drive a premier customer experience and champion a positive store culture. You will coach teammates, own sales goals, and manage daily operations from opening to closing to ensure products are neatly displayed and easily shoppable.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in retail store management or relevant management role.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
