Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire a Famous Feeling and coach selling behaviors to improve Customer Connection.
• Drive daily sales with accountability for goals and store performance.
• Manage store operations including pricing, inventory, opening and closing procedures, and visual presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and leverage resources to accomplish tasks.
• Promote a positive culture and customer service excellence through leadership and teamwork.
• Support diverse, inclusive environment and adapt to changing store needs.
• Recommend styles and brands to help customers find the perfect fit and drive loyalty.
