Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our store in Rosemont, IL, to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. You will engage customers, lead a small team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive KPIs and inventory accuracy.

You will train associates, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure safety and security, while possessing strong product knowledge and communication skills for a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail work experience.
• Retail management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a large team and multi-task.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
