Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in Las Vegas, NV at North Premium Outlets. You will guide a high-energy team, deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and bridge online and in-store shopping journeys.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, lead events, coach associates, and maintain merchandising standards while hitting sales targets and fostering a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• :1-year minimum of work experience in retail
• 2+ years in retail management is a plus
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners
• Ability to work with large teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems
• Self-motivation and good communication
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions, and community projects
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations
• Inspire associates with Store Manager to meet/exceed goals
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager
• Maintain store merchandising to enhance customer experience
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve business
• Strive to meet store performance, productivity, efficiency and quality
• Serve as product knowledge resource for customers and team
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Ensure safety and security standards and flag issues
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (10–30 lbs)
• Move and stand for extended periods; regular physical activity required
