Job summary

Fabletics is opening a new Fashion Outlets of Chicago store in Rosemont, IL and seeks a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will connect online and in-store shopping, lead a high-energy team, and help meet KPIs under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Expect responsibilities include product knowledge sharing, event-driven engagement, inventory coordination, and ongoing coaching. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by explaining fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and safety standards to enhance the shopping journey.
