Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg, IL to deliver an exceptional customer experience and connect the in-store team with online shopping. You will train and motivate associates, maintain merchandising standards, and drive sales while representing our brand values.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires energy, initiative, and a passion for active lifestyle products. Ready to lead the way and hit bold targets with the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and brands.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Physically capable to unpack boxes; boxes weigh 10-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and provide insights to Customers on products.
• Engage Customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive Customer engagement inside and outside the store via events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around Customer Experience Playbook.
• Inspire associates with Store Manager to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase Customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve shopping flow.
• Offer feedback to improve the business.
• Aim to meet Store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Be a resource for product knowledge to customers and team.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve targets.
• Adhere to safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed (10-30 lbs).
